Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Minor

Program Requirements

Total units required: 18 units, 12 of which must be taken in courses numbered 300 or higher.

Required Courses

Individual programs are designed in consultation with an advisor in light of each student's interests and abilities, major course of study, and plans for the future. All courses must be home-based or cross-listed in WGSS.

Additional Information

  • All minor courses must be home-based or cross-listed in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies (WGSS). All courses taken for the minor must be taken for a grade, and students must earn a grade of C- or higher.
  • We strongly encourage and support students who wish to study abroad and will accept up to 6 credits from approved programs. Please contact Amy Cislo, WGSS Study Abroad Supervisor, about this option.
