Certificate in Project Management

The Certificate in Project Management (15 units) emphasizes the essential skills needed to successfully research, plan, develop and complete a project in an organizational context. Students in the program learn key project management fundamentals, how to identify and effectively manage risk, the role of data in project planning and implementation, and communication skills for leaders.

The program is designed to support people who have attended college and are looking to grow in their current position or transition into a project management role.
