Physics Minor

Program Requirements

  • Total Units Required: 17-19
  • Grade Requirement: Students must complete all coursework for the Physics minor with a grade of at least a C-.

Required Introductory Courses

Minors in Physics are required to complete a series of introductory courses. They may take either:

Elective Courses

Minors must take at least one additional course at the 3000 level or above (with the exception of PHYSICS 3941, PHYSICS 3942, PHYSICS 4941, PHYSICS 4942, PHYSICS 4998, and PHYSICS 5000) with a grade of C- or better.
